How do we work?
BEFORE
We provide you with the most important theoretical knowledge about how the real estate market in Spain works. Together, we determine the initial parameters of the property you want to purchase.
DURING
We organise and plan your on-site visit. During your stay in Spain, we accompany you and present the offer according to our previous arrangements. After finding your dream property, it’s time for legal matters and formalities; payments, contracts, documents, bank account, we will take care of everything.
AFTER
We stay in touch until the very end, we also assist at the Notary and later: taxes, property registration; contact with suppliers of water, electricity, internet, community of owners, etc. We will help you with everything. If your new property needs renovation and/or interior design, we can assist with this too.
